By this notice, SILVIA GUSE, NIF X0900141-J and ALEXANDRA Alaminos, with DNI 46341207-W in their capacity as Directors of the Agency which operates under the trade name INTERAUPAIR (hereinafter "the Agency") domiciled in Avda. de les Corts Catalanes 5-7, 08173 Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona), Spain and email address info@interaupair.com informs its clients (hereinafter "the User" or "users") portal users Internet of its www.interaupair.com property (hereinafter "web") about its Policy for the Protection of personal data for Users freely and voluntarily if they wish to provide personal data Agency and photographs ( hereinafter "Personal data") that they may be required or that may be obtained from them during discharge in the services offered by the Agency through its Portal.

REGISTRATION FORMS AND FILES

PURPOSE

The purpose of the collection and processing of personal data is the maintenance of the relationship established between the user and the Agency, the management, administration and service delivery; sending, by traditional or electronic media, updates, operational and commercial information and, in general, everything related to services and activities provided by the Agency and / or third parties, now and in the future. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

The international transfer of your personal data is necessary for the execution of the relationship between you and INTERUAPAIR, as their personal, except contact details, data will be sent to our partner agencies abroad in order to find an Au Pair / Family.

MINORS

Since some of the candidates Au Pair may be minors, the Agency shall request permission from a parent or guardian for the collection of personal data and the processing thereof.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

The customer gives consent to the agency to transfer your personal data for the same purposes as those indicated for your application. In connection with this Data Protection Policy, those companies with which the Agency directly or indirectly make contracts that relate to their activities are also considered.

The Agency has the right to transfer all rights and obligations resulting from this completely or partially to third parties business relationship.

ASSIGNMENT

The User likewise consents to the Agency for the transfer of personal data for the same purposes that have been indicated for the collection of personal data by the Agency regarding the services offered. For the purposes of this Policy Protection of Personal Data, those companies are also considered with which the Agency directly or indirectly close contractual agreements related to fulfilling its activity in the market.

The Agency is entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from this contract, in whole or in part by third parties.

YOUR RIGHT TO EXERCISE ACCESS, CORRECTION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION

SECURITY MEASURES

The Agency shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone faults or disconnections in the operation of this electronic system caused by reasons beyond the Agency; delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines or overloading of the Center for Data Processing in the Internet system or other electronic systems, as well as damages that may be caused by third through illegal beyond the control of the Agency. Nevertheless, the user must be aware that Internet security measures are not impregnable.

ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT

The User confirms having been informed of conditions on protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the processing thereof by the Agency, in the manner and for the purposes stated in this Policy for the Protection of Personal Data.
